At Upway Digital, we are seeking a Senior B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation to drive our business expansion in global markets.
This role requires full autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement prospecting processes from scratch. You will work closely with the founding team to grow the B2B client base, suggest improvements, and lead the commercial execution end to end.
Ideal for digital-savvy profiles (marketing, SaaS, tech) with a hunter mindset, goal-oriented, and eager to build long-term growth.
Design and implement outbound B2B prospecting strategies.
Identify and contact new leads via LinkedIn, email, databases, etc.
Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and present tailored proposals.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contracts.
Organize the sales pipeline in a CRM and report progress.
Continuously optimize the lead generation and conversion process.
Manage relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
Contribute commercial ideas based on prior experience.
Work independently with business-oriented thinking and a long-term vision.
Must-haves:
3+ years in outbound B2B sales in digital or tech environments.
Experience selling services (agencies, SaaS, automation, tech).
Deep knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRMs.
Fluent conversational English (for calls and presentations).
Strong autonomy and ability to create and run sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
