At Upway Digital, we are looking for a Semi Senior / Senior Paid Media Specialist with comprehensive experience in LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Mercado Libre Ads, capable of planning, executing, and scaling multichannel campaigns with a strong focus on performance and results.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on profile, with an analytical mindset, strong performance orientation, and the ability to adapt strategies across different industries and business objectives.
2β3+ years of experience working in digital marketing agencies.
Advanced proficiency in:
LinkedIn Ads
TikTok Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Mercado Libre Ads
Proven experience in:
Campaign creation, targeting, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
Managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
Funnels, conversion tracking, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Strong analytical skills: KPI analysis, ROI, ROAS, CPA, etc.
Experience with Looker Studio or Power BI, and intermediate/advanced level in Google Sheets or Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, social media, account, and design teams.
Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Academy, or similar.
Experience managing international and multi-currency campaigns.
Knowledge of email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
Experience managing high monthly ad budgets.
Experience with influencer marketing campaigns (negotiation and performance measurement).
Knowledge of offline media (OOH, press, magazines).
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across all mentioned platforms.
Adapt strategies to different industries, business models, and objectives.
Execute continuous A/B testing (ads, copy, audiences, landing pages).
Optimize campaigns in real time to maximize performance.
Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and create clear performance reports.
Identify scaling and growth opportunities.
Stay up to date with paid media trends and platform updates.
